Yum! Who doesn’t love a frozen treat during these warm Summer months? Or are you like me and like the all year-round? Either way, here is a guilt-free way to enjoy a frozen treat. Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt Bars are all natural and fat free, but they also taste great. If you haven’t ventured into the Greek yogurt craze yet, don’t worry, this is the perfect way to give it a try.
Yasso’s yogurt bars are creamy and have a slight tart and tang to them, making the flavors crisp and refreshing without being overly sweet. Best of all, each bar has only 70 calories! While a lot of frozen treats are full of empty calories, Yasso’s bars contain a whopping 6 grams of protein and contain 15% of your daily calcium intake. Did I also mention that they are yummy?
Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt Bars come in three flavors: blueberry, raspberry and strawberry and are sold in pack of 4 or in single serve bars. I’m partial to the blueberry variety, but all the flavors are a hit. I’m a little disappointed that the little guy loves them too, so now I’ll have to share them!
Each flavor has the taste of real fruit, but that is because they are actually made with REAL fruit! I like that it isn’t overly sweet or syrupy tasting. Here are some more fun and important factoids about Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt Bars:
- made with rBST-free milk
- do not contain corn syrup
You can find Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt Bars at a grocery store near you. My local Market Basket carries them, but if you don’t have a Market Basket nearby, they are also found at Stop & Shop, Kroger, Hannaford, Whole Foods and many more food retailers.
